EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 04
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO RECEIVE AND CARRYFORWARD
2024 PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ALLOCATIONS
WHEREAS,the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority(the "ECHDA")has
been awarded or accepted assignment of 2024 Private Activity Bonds as follows:
• $13,200,000 from the 2024 Private Activity Bond Statewide Balance was
allocated and awarded to the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority
from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs to be used for a carry forward
election for the purpose of financing multifamily housing revenue bonds on
behalf of Eagle Villas Apartments, a qualified residential rental project; and
• $1,060,516 from the 2024 Private Activity Bond Statewide Balance was allocated
to Pitkin County and assigned to the Eagle County Housing and Development
Authority; and
• $3,478,699 in 2024 Private Activity Bond Statewide Balance was allocated to
Eagle County and assigned to the Eagle County Housing and Development
Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is ECHDA's intent to carry forward this the total amount of$17,739,215
in 2024 Private Activity Bonds to be issued in 2025; and
WHEREAS, ECHDA intends that the 2024 Private Activity Bond balance will used for
the purpose of financing multifamily housing revenue bonds on behalf of Eagle Villas
Apartments project, subject to the requirements of state and federal law.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE EAGLE
COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY:
THAT the ECHDA shall accept the allocations and carry forward the entire amount of
2024 Private Activity Bonds awarded and assigned to ECHDA for the purposes stated herein.

THAT,the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County,
State of Colorado.
MOVED,READ AND ADOPTED by the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority,
at its regular meeting held this 10`h day of September, 2024.
