HomeMy WebLinkAboutC24-230 Proxy Statement - Avon Center at Beaver Creek HOAPROXY STATEMENT FOR AVON CENTER AT BEAVER CREEK – I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION A Special Meeting of the Owners of Avon Center at Beaver Creek – I Homeowners Association (the “Association”) is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time which shall be located at The Board Room (a.k.a. the Conference Room) at the Avon Public Library, 200 Benchmark Rd, Avon, CO. (“Special Meeting”). If you do not plan to be physically present at the Special Meeting, please fill in the proxy information listed below and deliver it to Vail Property Management, no later than May 18, 2024. Pursuant to the Association’s governing documents, voting is not permitted by persons attending the meeting virtually. Accordingly, you must fill out the enclosed Proxy in order to vote on the removal of commercial board members if you plan to attend virtually. As only Commercial Owners are entitled to vote, only Commercial Owners may be appointed as a proxy.
