BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 4(„
CONCERNING EXPENDITURE of PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGES
(Eagle County Regional Airport)
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1992, The County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, by and through its Board of County Commissioners ( "the
County "), adopted a Passenger Facility Charge ( "PFC ") as des-
cribed by Resolution No. 92 -209; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, the Eagle County
Manager made application to the Federal Aviation Administration
for implementation of the PFC; and
WHEREAS, revenue from the PFC may be expended solely for
purposes eligible under the rules, regulations, and statutes of
the Federal Aviation Administration, as approved by the County by
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the revenue from the PFC be expended on the following
projects at the Eagle County Regional Airport:
1. Planning Studies
2. Safety Equipment and Building
3. Land Acquisition
4. Expansion of Air Carrier Apron
5. Grading of Runway 25 Safety Area
6. Installation of Taxiway Guidance Signs
