The purpose of our site visits was to inspect the installation, oi`the septic system.. Due to construction traffic over the proposed leach field are an additional pert test was done to verify the original pert rate. The pert results are appended to this letter and were identical to the original Perc,results. They installed the system in..overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawix�g No. 201845D_DWG, last revised September 27, 2000. The system was installed as shown on the attached, as - built sketch. They installed a 1500-gallon, two compartments, a precast, concrete septic tank. A cleanout was installed between the house and the septic tank, Sixty Standard Infiltrator Chambers were installed in a trench, configuration, with six trenches of infiltrators; The first trench contained 9 infiltrators, the second and third treiichels each had 1.0 , the fourth artd fifth trenches each had 1.1 and the sixth trench had 9 for a total of 60.
