BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 85-
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION FOR
THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter the "Board), is in receipt
of unanticipated revenue from FAA Grant No. 3 -08 -0020 04 in the
amount of four hundred thousand and 00 /100 dollars ($400,000.00);
and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned revenue was not anticipated at
the time of the adoption of the 1985 budget and /or such revenue
was not assured at the time of the adoption of the 1985 budget
and, therefore, was not appropriated; and
WHEREAS,the Board has unanticipated expenditures for airport
runway dirt work and land acquisitions in the estimated amount of
three hundred twenty -six thousand two hundred ninety -seven and
00 /100 dollars ($326,297.00); and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned expenditures were not anticipat-
ed at the time of the adoption of the 1985 budget and, thus,
revenues were not appropriated for the payment of the same; and
WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to expend such unantic-
ipated or unassured revenues by enacting a supplementary budget
and appropriation, pursuant to Section 29 -1- 111.6, C.R.S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes a supplementary budget and
appropriation in the total amount of $400,000.00 to the County's
Capital Expenditure Fund for the purposes specified "herein and,
further, that the County's Capital Expenditure Fund be increased
by like amount.

THAT, the Treasurer of the County of Eagle is hereby re-
quested and directed to take all action necessary to effectuate
the intent of this Resolution.
THAT, pursuant to § 29 -1 -111.6 C.R.S., this Resolu-
tion, as proposed, has been published in full one time in a
newspaper having general circulation within the territorial
limits of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
THAT, the Eagle County Administrative Services Director
is hereby requested and directed to immediately transmit an
original or certified copy of this Resolution to the affected
spending agencies and the officer or employee of the County of
Eagle whose duty it is to draw warrants or orders for the payment
of money.
THAT, the Eagle County Administrative Services Director
is hereby further requested and directed to file an original or
certified copy of this Resolution with the Division of Local
Governments in the Department of Local Affairs.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public
health, safety and welfare of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular
