Memorandum of Understanding Amendment #1

The Colorado Department of Early Childhood
and
Eagle County Human Services
This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is effective as of January 1, 2024, and hereby amends the
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) executed by and between the State of Colorado
Department of Early Childhood and the Board of the County Commissioners or other elected
governing body of Eagle County Human Services (the “County”) on December 20, 2022 (the
“MOU”). All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment shall have the meanings set forth
in the MOU.
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Reaffirmation of the MOU for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP).

By signing this Amendment, both parties agree to reaffirm the MOU for another year from
signature.
