Box 4537 Avon, CO 81620 Dear Bob: RE: Inspecti.00 of septic System Installation Adkins Residence Lot 3, Block,2, Cordillera Filing No. 36 61 Sage Grouse Trail Eagle County, Colorado Project No. 201.11 - Permit No. 2023-00 At the request of Scott with +Ground Control Excavating, on June 5 and 6, and 12, 2001, we visited the con$truction. site for the Adkins Residence on Lot 3, Block 2, Cordillera Filing No. 36, 61 Sage Grouse Trail, Eagle County, Colorado. The purpose of our site visits was to observe the installation of the septic system, They installed the system in overall. compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 20111 SD.DWG, dated June 15, 2000. The system was installed as shown on the above -named drawing. They installed a 2000-gallon, two -compartments, a precast, concrete septic tank and a 1000-gallon, electric lift station. A, cleanout was installed between. the house and the septic tank as shown on the design drawing. The effluent line was 3" diameter, sch 40 pvc, connected to the 3" diameter, central rnanifold. Six laterals were constructed, three on each side of the central manifold. The laterals were a 1-1/2" diameter, perforated at their inverts with 1/4" holes at 36" intervals, The ends of the laterals were capped. The gravel absorption area was 85 feet by 14 feet. The mound perimeter consisted of mortar type sand with an upslope dimension of 15 feet, 25 ]Feet on each side of the gravel bed and 50 feet below. The inspection ports on both sides of the gravel bed were installed at the time of our last site visit. The pump was installed and tested and a letter (attached) was submitted to us by Mike with Timberland Homes. 1t' you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
