APPROVAL OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT - 4020 Land Investor
FILE NO: - ZS- 222 -85
WHEREAS, Bill Williams
did file an application with the
Eagle County Department of Community Development on or about
June 1, 1985 , within the Residential Multi Family and Commercial
Limited Zone District; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, on August
27 , 1985 ; and
WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits, study
of the Master Plan for the unincorporated areas of Eagle County, com-
ments of the Eagle County Department of Community Development, comments
of public officials and agencies, the recommendation of the Eagle
County Planning Commission, and comments from all interested parties,
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, finds as follows:
1. That proper publication and public notice was provided
as required by law for the hearing before the Planning Commission and
the Board of County Commissioners.
2. That the proposed special use conforms to the require-
ments of Section 2.09 of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations.
3. That the proposed land use will be compatible with ex-
isting uses in the area.
4. That for the above - stated and other reasons, the proposed
zoning is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals, convenience,
order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:

That the application of 4020 Land Investors File No.
ZS- 222 -85 , for approval of a special use of Contractor's storage
yard within the RMF & CL Zone District in the following described
unincorporated area of Eagle County be approved:
See attached: Exhibit "A"
THAT the following conditions shall be placed upon this
approval and that violation of any condition shall be the basis for
revocation of the permit:
1. The permit is for 5 years, and will expire August
27th, 1990.
2. There shall be an annual review of the permit.
3. There shall be a fence erected and maintained on the
east end of the property.
4. Taller, more disorganized uses shall be located in
the westerly portion of the permit area.
5. Smaller, more organized uses shall be located in the
eastern portion of the permit area.
THAT the Board of County Commissioners directs the Department
of Community Development to provide a copy of this Resolution to the
applicant.
MOVED, READ, AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its meeting held the,yj /,
