of the following Resolution
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 85- <441F,
RESOLUTION APPOINTING TERRY LOWELL AS ACTING EAGLE COUNTY BUDGET
OFFICER
WHEREAS, S. Brad Jones has tendered his resignation as
Eagle County Manager and will end his active employment with
Eagle County on June 30, 1985, and
WHEREAS, S. Brad Jones was the appointed Eagle County
Budget Officer, and due to his resignation a successor is
required to accomplish those duties; and
WHEREAS, the County is in the process of preparing the
1986 Eagle County Budget.
NOW, therefore be it resolved that Terry Lowell, Eagle
County Administratives Services Director is hereby appointed
Eagle County Budget Officer commencing July 1, 1985.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
regular meeting held on day of
1985.
