1. ALL INSTALLATIONS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE EAGLE COUNTY INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM REGULATIONS,
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY GRANTED IN 25-10-104, 1973, AS AMENDED.
2. THIS PERMIT IS VALID ONLY FOR CONNECTION TO STRUCTURES WHICH HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH COUNTY ZONING AND BUILDING
REQUIREMENTS. CONNECTION TO, OR USE WITH ANY DWELLING OR STRUCTURE NOT APPROVED BY THE ZONING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENTS SHALL

Systems designed by a Registered Professional Engineer must be certified by the Engineer
indicating that the system was installed as specified. Eagle County does not perform final
inspections on engineer designed systems. Your TCO will not be issued until our office
receives this certification.
Permit specifications are minimum requirements only, and should be brought to the property
owner's attention.
This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County requirements.

On November 8, 1999 a representative of this office visited the subject site to inspect the
an individual septic disposal system being installed by Ground Control Excavating for the
Howell Residence. At the time of our visit the 1500 Gallon Single Auto -Siphon Septic
Tank was in place as well as a total of 80 infiltration chambers along with the appropriate
cleanouts and observation ports.
Based on this inspection it appears the system has been installed in substantial
compliance with the revised design provided to your office by Inter -Mountain
Engineering, Ltd. dated November 5, 1999. If you have any questions regarding this
system please contact the undersigned at your convience.

RE: Individual Septic System Installation
Lot 11, The Glen at the Divide, Cordillera Subdivision
Eagle County, Colorado
Ray, please find attached a revised septic system design for the Howell residence which
will be installed by Ground Control Excavating. The field will be constructed using a
total of 80 Infiltration Chambers. Based on our conversation the infiltrator rows have
been divided using solid PVC piping in order to match the existing topography. In
addition I have specified a perforated pipe be installed in the first row of infiltrators to
allow the dose to be distributed through the first row of infiltrators. I will be inspecting
the system next week to ensure the system is installed in accordance with the design
provided. If you have any questions or comments please give me a call.
