RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
85-26 WITH REGARD TO EXEMPTION FROM THE
EAGLE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS A
DIVISION OF CERTAIN LANDS AT OR
ADJACENT TO THE EAGLE COUNTY AIRPORT
(FILE NOS. 5E- 273 -85; 5E- 274 -85, AND
5E- 275 -85)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, did on March 25, 1985,
adopt Resolution No. 85 -26 recognizing certain parcels, A, B,
and C, and described on Exhibits A, B, and C, as exempt from
the Eagle County Subdivision Regulations; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the preparation of said
Resolution, the surveyor retained by the County revised the
legal descriptions of Parcel A (Exhibit A), Parcel B (Exhibit
B), and Parcel C (Exhibit C), so as to be as accurate as
possible; and
WHEREAS, the plat signed by the Chairman Pro -Tem on
behalf of the Board and recorded in Book 409 at Page 489 of the
Records of the Eagle County Recorder correctly refer to the
revised descriptions of Parcels A, B, and C as revised by the
surveyor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
85 -26 be amended by substitution of Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and
Exhibit C as attached hereto for Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and
Exhibit C as attached to Resolution No. 85 -26 and all
references to (Exhibit A) Parcel A in Resolution No. 85 -26
shall be amended so as to refer to Exhibit A (Parcel A)
attached to this amending Resolution; all references to
(Exhibit B) Parcel B in Resolution No. 85 -26 shall be amended
so as to refer to Exhibit B (Parcel B) attached to this

amending Resolution; and all references to (Exhibit C) Parcel C
in Resolution No. 85 -26 shall be amended so as to refer to
Exhibit C (Parcel C) attached to this amending Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners re- ratifies and approves the signing of County
Airport - Delatte Subdivision Exemption Plat recorded in Book 409
at Page 489, the descriptions on said plat being in accordance
with Resolution No. 85 -26, as amended by this Resolution.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its

Meridian according to the Independent Resurvey of said Town-

being relative to a bearing of North 00 0211•00" Fast from a
