Attention: Ray Mary
RE: Individual Septic System Installation Permit No. 1909-99
Lot 20, Creamery Gulch Ranch
Eagle County, Colorado
Ray, based on our conversation please find attatched a revised drawing for the layout of
the leach field on the subject lot. The revision is based on variances in the topographical
information provided to us and the actual ground elevations on the lot. The field will still
be installed with 87 Infiltrators as indicated on the original design. However, additional
lengths of infiltrators have been added along the same trench elevation. The length of
trenches are broken at approximately 94 ft and joined with a solid 4" PVC pipe. I will be
inspecting the installation of this system next week to ensure it is constructed in
accordance with this design. If you have questions or comments please give me a call.
Sincerely,
Inter -Mountain Engineering

RE: Moser Residence - Individual Septic System Inspection - Permit No.-143-5--99
Lot 20, Creamery Gulch Ranch
Eagle County, Colorado
IME Project No. 99-0122G
On November 8, 1999 the undersigned visited the subject site to observe the installation
of an individual sewage disposal system being installed by Vanderwalker Construction
for the Moser Residence . At the time of our visit the septic tank (2000 gallon) and auto -
siphon dosing chamber (1000 gallon) were in place as well a total of 87 infiltrators
configured in a total of seven trenches. All observation ports and cleanouts were also in
place at the time of our visit.
Based on these inspections it appears that the system has been installed in substantial
compliance with the revised design provided to your office by Inter -Mountain
Engineering, Ltd. dated November 5, 1999. If you have any questions regarding this
system please contact the undersigned at your convience.
Sincerely,
Inter -Mountain Engineering
