HomeMy WebLinkAboutR85-27 1041 Upper Eagle Valley Consolidate SanitationL ,05942 Lom JOHI NUTE PHILUP -5 -AGLE Ch RECG°mi: MAP 70 4 53 PM '05 Commissioner �) F Sok) moved adoption of the following Resolution- EAGLE COUNTY PERMIT AUTHORITY COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 85- air] PERMIT ISSUED TO CONDUCT A DESIGNATED ACTIVITY OF STATE INTEREST IN THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO Pursuant to the Guidelines and Regulations for Areas and Activities of State Interest of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, 1980, as amended, heretofore adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, the Eagle County Permit Authority received an application from the Upper Eagle Valley Consolidated Sanitation District, County of Eagle, Stare of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant ", for a permit to conduct the following activity of State Interest: Major extensions of existing domestic water and sewage treatment systems, and the Eagle County Permit Authority hereby approves said application, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This permit authorizes the Applicant: 1. To expand the Applicant's Squaw Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant as set forth in the Applicant's application submitted to the Eagle County Permit Authority on December 24, .g] i � 3 3 1984; said Squaw Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant being located on the north side of the Eagle River, approximately 1/4 mile upstream from Squaw Creek in the NW 1/4 of Section 36, T4S, R82W, approximately 2 miles west of Edwards. Colorado. 2. For an indefinite period of time; subject, however, upon an annual review pursuant to §6.01.'31 of —the Guidelines and Regulations for Areas and Activities of State Interest of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, 1980, as amended. 3. In accordance with the plans and /or specifications submitted by the Applicant as part of the subject application and considered by the Eagle County Permit Authority on March 12, 1985; the testimony and other evidence presented on behalf of the Applicant at the public hearing held March 12, 1985; and the Guidelines and Regulations for Areas and Activities of State Interest of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, 1980, as amended, adopted by Eagle County for major extensions of existing domestic water and sewage treatment systems. 4. On the condition the Applicant proceeds in conformity with all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations as well as all applicable land use controls including, but not limited to, master plans, subdivision and zoning regulations, building codes, and regulations pertaining to construction work within a public right -of -way; and, further, on the condition the Applicant submits to Eagle County with the building permit application a satisfactory revegetation and landscaping plan regarding the subject expansion of the Squaw Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. 5. This permit is valid for use only by the Applicant and may not be transferred. In the event the Applicant fails to take substantial steps to initiate the above development or activity within twelve (12) months from the date of this permit or, if such steps are taken, in the event the Applicant fails to complete the development or activity with -2- ry reasonable diligence, this permit may be revoked by the Eagle County Permit Authority.
