BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 85- ,5ZO
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DEPOSIT OF THE
PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES (P.I.L.T.) REVENUE
INTO THE COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, did previously adopt a
budget which showed that the County Road and Bridge Fund would
be funded in part by receipts received after January 1, 1984,
from P.I.L.T. and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to carry out the intent of
the budget to direct the Treasurer to deposit the 1984 P.I.L.T.
revenue of $279,549.00 into the County Road and Bridge Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the County Treasurer, County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, is hereby requested and directed to deposit the money
received after January 1, 1984, the P.I.L.T. revenue into the
Road and Bridge Fund.
