BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - /..�,
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DEPOSIT OF THE
"REMAINING PROCEEDS" OPERATING PORTION OF THE
COUNTY ONE- PERCENT SALES TAX INTO THE COUNTY
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, did previously adopt a
budget which showed that the County General Fund would be be
funded in part by receipts received after January 1, 1985, from
the County Sales Tax; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to carry out the intent of
the budget to direct the Treasurer to deposit a portion of the
sales tax revenue into the County General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the County Treasurer, County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, is hereby requested and directed to deposit the money
received after January 1, 1985, form the "Remaining Proceeds"
operation portion of the one - percent (1 %) County Sales Tax into
the County General Fund.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
regular meeting held the ,,.;�PZ day of February, 1985.
