BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 85 ----3
CHANGE OF REPRESENTATIVE DESIGNATION TO THE
COLORADO COUNTY WORKERS' COMPENSATION POOL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as
the "Board "), has on September 17, 1984, adopted Resolution No.
84 -53, declaring its intention to join with other counties in
Colorado in the formation of a Colorado County Workers'
Compensation Pool; and
WHEREAS, bein� informed in the premises that the
Colorado County Workers Compensation Pool was formed in
Denver, Colorado on November 13, 1984, pursuant to the
authority contained in such Resolution and the Resolutions of
other counties similarly disposed; and
WHEREAS, the Pool must be operated in a
representative manner by each county so joining in the Pool;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, the Board adopted
Resolution No. 84 -76 designating Elyne T. Fast as its official
representative, and Terry Lowell as its alternate official
representative, to all County Workers' Compensation Pool
meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to change such
representative designation in accordance with paragraph 3 of
the Board's Resolution No. 84 -76.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
hereby and herewith:
1. Designates Brad Jones, Eagle County Manager, as
its official representative to all County Workers'
Compensation Pool meetings with full authority to vote on
all matters pertinent to the formation and operation of
the Pool, subject to instructions delivered to such
representative by the Board from time to time;
2. In the event Brad Jones is temporarily unable to
attend and act owing to illness, temporary disability, or
any other cause, the Board designates Elyne T. Fast, Eagle
County Personnel Director, as its first alternate official
representative to such County Workers' Compensation Pool
meetings with full authority to vote on all matters
pertinent to the formation and operation of the Pool,
subject to instructions delivered to such alternate
representative by the Board from time to time;
3. In the event Brad Jones and Elyne T. Fast are
temporarily unable to attend and act owing to illness,
temporary disability, or any other cause, the Board
designates Terry Lowell, Eagle County Administrative
Services Director, as its second alternate official
representative to such County Workers' Compensation Pool
meetings with full authority to vote on all matters
pertinent to the formation and operation of the Pool,
subject to instructions delivered to such alternate
representative by the Board from time to time;
4. Reserves the right to replace and, if there is a
provision in the Pool Agreement pertinent to this County,
designate another representative to serve with the persons
named herein;
5. Request all communications in any way affecting
Eagle County's participation in the Pool be addressed to:

6. Expressly repeals all resolutions or parts of
resolutions of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, in
conflict herewith.
