THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 85 -
COMMENDATION AND RECOGNITION
OF PUBLIC SERVICE
FOR
W. KEITH TROXEL
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners, on behalf
of the citizens of Eagle County, county officials and employees,
both.past and present, and of themselves, wish to express to
W, Keith Troxel, Commissioner of Eagle County, their esteem and
gratitude for an exemplary job well done; and
WHEREAS, W. Keith Troxel has completed eight (8) years
as County Commissioner, and having served the citizens of Eagle
County in the finest tradition of good government; and
WHEREAS, his record as a public servant and officer has
been one of continued diligence, honesty and fairness in his
dealings with the public, employees and other local, state and
federal officials,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County
Commissioners, on behalf of itself, the other Elected Officials,
employees and staff, and all citizens of the County of Eagle,
and others who have known and worked with W, Keith Troxel;
THAT, W. Keith Troxel is hereby commended for his eight
(8) years of loyal public service and for his devotion to said
service rendered to the County of Eagle, State of Colorado; and

good health, prosperity and happiness in the years to come;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be spread
upon the public records of the official proceedings of this
Board, the original hereof shall be presented to W.- Keith Troxel
and a certified copy of --this Resolution be preserved -in the
archives of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED this 8th day of
January, 1985.
