OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, IN THE STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLVED, that the public health and welfare of the citizens of
Eagle County require that facilities be made available in the town of Gilman,
State of Colorado, for the warehousing and storage of food stuffs for welfare
recipients; that The New Jersey Zinc Company, a Delaware corporation has
offered to make available without rental heated storage facilities as more
further described in the Lase attached hereto and labeled "Exhibit A"; and
that it is the determination of the Board that said Lease should be accepted
by the County; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that according to the terms of said Lease the
County as Lessee is obligated for its own requirements to provide for electrical
and telephone service to the premises, and to further provide -for liability in-
surance as more fully defined in Article 5 of said Lease.
ioNOW, WHEREFORE, the Board resolves and determines that said Lease
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" be approved, entered into and accepted by the
Board and that A. E. Marks, Chairman, is hereby authorized to execute said Lease
for the Board of Commissioners for the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting held this
26th dayOctober,of 1970.
