RESOLUTION OF THE
• BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE IN THE STATE OF COIORADO
WHEREAS, it appears necessary that proceedings in unlawful detainer
and for other relief be instituted against Rocky Mountain Airways, Inc., a
Colorado Corporation, in connection with that certain Lease and Agreement
dated January 20, 1969, entered into, by and between said Corporation and
the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE�SO` LVED, that Glen E. Keller, Jr., an
attorney at law, be, and he hereby is, retained and appointed as special
counsel to assist the County Attorney and to represent the County in such
matter, and he and the County Attorney are hereby authorized to institute
111/ suit in behalf of the County and to take all other action they deem necessary
to terminate said Lease and Agreement and to evict said Rocky Mountain Airways,
Inc., from the premises demised to it thereunder.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting held
this 25th day of August, A. D. 1970.
