RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
• OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Treasurer of the
County of Eagle in the State of Colorado, be, and he hereby is, authorized to
accept the sum of One E,bllar ($1.00) in payment of Tax Sale Certificate No. 34,
Sale of 1969, held by the County, covering the following, to-wit:
Improvements on Public Lands
in Section 9, Tp. 4, Range 83
together with all interest and penalties accrued thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered
to said County Treasurer as and for his authorization in the premises.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held this 4th
day of May, 1970.
