RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
ESTABLIShit
ELECTION PRECINCTS OF EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
AND DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES THEFEIN
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable and in the beat interests of the
voters of the County to change some of the boundaries of the heretofore established
election precincts, to divide some, and to amend and re-establish the boundaries
of all election precincts in the County, and to designate the polling places
therein;
AND, WHEREAS, the Board has caused a Map of said election precincts to ,be
prepared, has inspected and approved same and is having a duplicate original
of this Resolution and said Map filed in the office of the County Clerk and
Recorder of said County as a permanent record;
AND, WHEREAS, it is recognized by the Board that it has been difficult to
prepare accurate particularized description of the boundaries of various precincts,
owing to the fact some portions of the county are in unsurveyed territory,
NOW THEI. FORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the particularized
descriptions of the various precincts set forth in Exhibit A hereto attached,
do not coincide or may be found to be in conflict with above referred Map, that
said Map shall prevail and take precedence over said particularized descriptions
as the ultimate authority for determining the boundaries of the respective precincts,
ANL BE I FURTHER RESOLVED that said Map and the particularized descriptions
of the precincts set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, are declared to be the
election precincts of Eagle County with polling places as stated in said Exhibit A.

PRECINCT #1 - RED CLIFF
Beginning at the SE Corner of Sec. 6, T. 6 S. R. 80 W. of the 6th P. M.;
thence East along and conforming to the South boundary of Sections 5 and 4 in
said Township and Range, to the SE Corner of said Sec. 4; thence North along and
conforming to the East boundary of said Sec. 4, to the NE Corner of said Sec. 4;
thence due East to a point in unsurveyed territory on the East boundary of Eagle
County; thence in a general Southerly direction along and conforming to said
County boundary to the SE Corner of Eagle County; thence in a generally Westerly
direction along and conforming to the South boundary of Eagle County to a point
