Home My WebLink AboutR1970-01 Continental Divide Bar Association I, • RESOLUTION ' J . • After having polled its members by telephone, the following resolution was adopted by the Continental Divide Bar Association to wit: BE IT RESOLVED that the entire membership of the Continental Divide Bar Association is hereby opposed to any and all legislative attempts to decrease, in any form, the size of the 411 Fifth Judicial District; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the entire membership of the Continental Divide Bar' Association is hereby not opposed to the addition of Gilpin and Clear Creek counties to the Fifth Judicial District provided that the District is simultaneously granted a second District Judge. if X, 4 j n 1 ''41 1' '' ./, ' resident 411
