HomeMy WebLinkAboutR1968-10 Vail Meadows Filing No. 1 111 RESOLUTION • WHEREAS, Vail Meadows, Inc. , a Colorado corporation, the owner of Lots 17 and 18, VAIL MEADOWS, FILING NO. 1, Eagle County, Colorado, has, by Petition dated February 21, 1968, requested this Board to vacate: That road easement lying upon the easterly 25 feet of said Lot 18 and upon the westerly 25 feet and the southern 20 feet of said Lot 17, and that water line easement lying upon the westerly 25 feet and the southern 20 feet of said Lot 17; and showing having been made that said easements are not being used and are not necessary; it is therefore RESOLVED that the following easements situate in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: That road easement lying upon the easterly 25 feet of Lot 18 and upon the westerly 25 • feet and the southern 20 feet of Lot 17, and that water line easement lying upon the westerly 25 feet and the southern 20 feet of Lot 17, all in VAIL MEADOWS, FILING NO. 1, Eagle County, Colorado, be and the same is hereby vacated.
