COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STITE OF COI.ORADO
WHEREAS, There has been paid on July 5, 1967 by Warrant
No. 58054, the sum of $5,625.00 to .Everett J. Edgar, 1661 Dolores St.,
Grand Junction, Colorado, a partial-payment for excavation at the Eagle
County Airport from the County General Fund, and
WHEREAS, There has been paid on July 5, 1967 by Warrant
No. 58059, the sun of 41,976.59 to Ken R. White Co., 1567 Miriam St.,
Denver, Colorado, for engineering service at the Eagle County Airport,
WHEREAS, the amounts of the above mentioned warrants, totaling
$7,601.59 were mistakenly drawn on the County General Fund and should
have been drawn on the Road and Bridge Fund.
THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the County Treasurer of Eagle
County be and hereby is ordered to transfer said sum of $7,601.59 from
the Eagle County Road and Bridge Fund to the Eagle County General Fund.
