Home My WebLink AboutR1967-10 Water and Sewer Development • • RESOLUTION OF THE • BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County that: WHEREAS , the County Commissioners on behalf of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, have determined that there is an immediate need for water and sewer development in said county, and; WHEREAS , it is necessary that a comprehensive study be made with the assistance of a competent engineer to determine the specific needs of the county with regards to water and sewer development and the methods by which said needs can be met; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County be and hereby are authorized and empowered to provide for this study to be made setting forth the needs of the county in regards to water and sewer development and the methods by which said needs can be met.
