Home My WebLink AboutR1967-08 Eagle County Weed Control Committee Funds RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County that: The Eagle County Treasurer be and hereby is authorized to transfer such monies as may be properly the Eagle County Weed Control Committee funds now in the custody of said Eagle County Treasurer to the First National Bank of Eagle County, thereto to establish a checking account for the benefit of the Eagle County Weed Control Committee and to be drawn upon by the Eagle County Weed Control Committee's proper officers.
