THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle
County that:
WHEREAS it is in the best interests of Eagle County that a
Treasurers Deed for Lot 10, Block F, Town of Red Cliff, Colorado, be executed
and delivered to Walter J. Madril.
NOW THEREFORE, the Treasurer of Eagle County is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Treasurers Deed to
Walter J. Madril for Lot 10, Block P, Town of Red Cliff, Colorado.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of
March, A. D., 1967.
