Constructions The construction of said eoaperwtitre project under
this agreement shall be aooanplishsd by the Threat Servioe ih 'a000rdanee
with the agreement. Construction shall be in strict eomplianse with the
plans, speoifioations and estimates approved -for the project and in
conformity wit) requirements of law of the United Stiates 'and regulations
of the Seoretary'of Agriculture.
The project work hall be undertaken as promptly as possible after
funds are made available, and shall be carried to completion with'all
reasonable speed. Minor changes in grade, alinement, surtaoe course or
structures made neoessary by unforeseen contingencies or deemed desirable _
by conditions developing during the orogreas of the work may be made by .
the desirnated road constructor without the prior or separate approval of t
the other party. •
