BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EACLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of. Eagle county that :
WHEREAS , the Town of Vail has heretofore sub-
mitted to this Board a proposed contract between said
Town and the Forest Service, USDA, relating to the con-
struction of a 1rrid7e across Core (reek, in the Town of
Vail , Eaele county, a copy of which proposed contract,
marked Exhibit "A" , is attached. hereto and by this
referencd incorporated herein.
'HEREAS , the Board of (minty Commissioners
of the county Faele deems- it in the test interest of
said county to participate in the cost ct said project
to the extent of fi8,000.00 of the $7.5,000.00 agreed to
to provided and contributed by the Town of Vail.
IT RESnLVED, that the Board of County Com-
missioners of the County of Eagle hereby agrees to con-
tribute and nay the sum of $8,000.0O to the Collection
Officer, Forest Service, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, to
the credit of USDA Forest Service , on or Lenore April 1,
1967, as a contribution and as participation under that
particular contract attached hereto as Exhibit 'A" ,
entitled "Forest Development Road Bridge ( ooperative
Agreement" , for the purpose of constructing a bridge
across Core Creek in the Town of Vail, Ea;Ie County,
Colorado.
