Mackey • RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County that: WHEREAS it is in the best interests of Eagle County that a Treasurers Deed for Lot 31, Block L, Town of Red Cliff, Colo- rado, be executed and delivered to John W. Mackey. NOW THEREFORE, the Treasurer of Eagle County is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Treasurers Deed to John W. Mackey for Lot 31, Block L, Town of Red Cliff, Colo- rado.
