RESOLUTION
BUDGET - CERTI7IICATION OF '.SILL LEVY
The undersigned, President and Secretary of the Vail
Water and Sanitation District, do hereby certify that a regular
meeting of the Board of Directors was held on September 2S, 1966,
as legally advertised in the Eagle Valley Enterprise, Eagle,
Colorado, and that the following Resolution was adopted by a
majority of three. At least three Directors, constituting a quorum,
were present at said meeting.
BE IT RESOLVED, That, Whereas, the assessed valuation
of all taxable property located within the corporate 1=uits of the
Vail Water and Sanitation District for the year '067, aZ certified
by the ilssessor of E Mgle County, Colorado, is $3,427, 210. 00.
Therefore, the President and the Secretary :),f the Vail
Water and Sanitation District are hereby authorized to certify to the
Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, the
following aggregate amounts which the Board deems necessary to
raise from the taxable property of said District to finance the
operation, constructioc,, and improvements incident to the Vail Water
and Sanitation District.
See Exhibit "A'' attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of
the Vail Water and Sanitation District does hereby adopt said
Exhibit "A" as its Budget for the year 1967.
