OOUNTT OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
BE IT BEMOL=ED by The Board of County Commissioners of
Eagle County that:
Pursuant to and in accordance with Section 36-3-3 of
the Colorado Revised Statutes of 1953, there' is hereby created
a public Works land for Nagle County. Said Public Works hind
shall be created for the construction of a Court House annex and
necessary remodeling of the County Court House at lagle. The
estimated cost of said annex and remoda3;tng is 8erentrfivs
Thousand ($75,000.00) Dollars. The annual tax levy required is
ems (1) mill. The levy for soma should be mad* for five (5)
years, sc maenoing with the fiscal rear 1965.
A public, hearing in regard to said Public Works Puna
will be held in the Commissioners' Room of the Court House at
Nagle, on October 26, 1964, at 11100 o'oloek A. H.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASS'1D! AND APPROVED this 5th day
of October, 1964.
