RESOLUTION OF
ThIS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED THAT WHEREAS, Tax Sale Certificate
No. 27 was issued to Eagle County on December 13, 1961, for the
unpaid taxes of 1960, in the amount of Six Hundred Thirty-three
and 03/100 Dollars ($633.03) , including charges, costs and
penalties then due thereon, and
WHEREAS, the taxes due for 1961 total Six Hundred
Thirty-six and 70/100 Dollars ($636.70) , remaining unpaid, and
a lien upon the same property covered by said Tax Sale Certificate
No. 27, namely:
Lot Eight (8) of Section Five (5) and Lots Eight (8)
and Nine (9) , and the Southeast Quarter of the North-
east Quarter (SENE) of Section Six (6) , all in
Township Seven (7) South, Range Eighty-three (83)
West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, together
with all improvements, ditches, water, springs,
reservoirs and water rights used thereon or appertain-
!) thereto, and
WHEREAS, the State of Colorado, for the use and benefit
of the Game, Fish and Parks Commission, has purchased above
described property, and it is now tax exempt, but the above
mentioned taxes levied by Eagle County constitute a valid lien
upon said property, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Board that the best
interests of Eagle County will be served by the acceptance of
the total sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-five and No/l00 Dollars
($875.00) , as full payment for said taxes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Eagle
shall accept as payment in full for all outstanding taxes on the
above described property the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-five
and No/100 Dollars ($875.00) , and in consideration thereof shall
conform with that Agreement entered into by The Board of County

Commissioners of Eagle County, party of the first part, and the
State of Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Game, Fish and
Parks Commission, party of the second part, dated the third day
of February, 1964.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of
February, A. D. 1964.
