THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
110 WHEREAS, There has been allocated to the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado, from the White River Alational Forest and
the Arapahoe National Forest the sum of TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
FORTY-SEVEN AND 36/100 DOLLARS ($10,147.36) , and
WHEREAS, It is deemed advisable by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, State of Colorado, to transfer
FIVE PER CEN. (5%) of $10,147.36 of the forest money allocated to
Eagle County, State of Colorado, to the General Scnool Fund, and
WHEREAS, It is deemed advisable to transfer NINETY-FIVE
PER CENi (95%) of said forest money to the General Road Fund,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, That the County Treasurer of
Eagle County, Colorado, be and hereby is ordered to place Five
Per Cent (5%) of the aforesaid $10,147.36 to the General School
• Fund, and that the remaining Ninety-five Per Cent (95%) of said
money be transferred and deposited to the General Road Fund.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED this A- day
of December, A. D. 1963.
