No. 131 in Eagle County, and authorizes the County Attorney to join said Board of County Commissioners as party Petitioner with the Colorado Department of Highways in the event it becomes necessary to acquire needed right of way by condemnation, it being understood that all court costs and awards to property owners are to be paid by said Colorado Department of Highways.
