RESOLUTION OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY CCMMISSIONERS 07 THE
COUNTY' 07 EAGLE AND STATE 07 COLORADO
WHEREAS, It is the opinion of The Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County that it would be in the best
interests of Eagle County to convey to the Department of High-
ways, State of Colorado, the following described property,
situate in the County of Eagle and State of Colorado, to-wit;
A tract or parcel of land containing 123.767 acres,
more or less, in the iI of Seotion 4, Township 5
South, Range 86 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
and in the SE} of Section 33, Township 4 South,
Range 86 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian., in
Eagle County, Colorado, said treat or parcel being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point being Corner No. 1 of the Lava
Placer, from which the NE corner of Tract 55, Town-
ship 5 South, Range 86 West of the Sixth Principal
Xe dian bears N. 67.259 30" W. a distance of 2264.8
root;
1. Thence 8. 82"149 E. a distance of 1755.4
feet to Corner No. 4 of the Lava Placer;
2. Thence N. 6"451 W. along the easterly
line of the Lava placer a distance of
4038.0 feet to Corner No. 3 of said Lava
Placer;
3. Thence N. 82.58, N. a distance of 1005.6
feet to Corner No. 2 of the Lava Placer;
4. Thence S. 5 55f N. a distance of 5905.0
feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
The above described parcel contains 123.767 acres, more
or less.
Together with all right or rights of the Grantor in and
to a roadway reserved by the County of Eagle in its
'need to Neva I. Goteohail, dated June 5, 1961, and
recorded in Book 165, Page 503, of the records of Eagle
County, and therein described as "a road reserved for
the benefit of Grantor from U. S. Highway 6 is 24 to
the volcano crater as such road is now in place and in
use."
Further intending to convey all right, title and interest
of said County of Eagle in and to "a space 200 feet by
200 feet located North of U. 8. Highway 6 8 24 and East
of the road last hereinabove described as being reserved
as a stook pile for cinders only, the precise place of
such stook pile and such area to be designated by
Grantee." Said reservation was made in the aforesaid
Deed to Neva I. Gotsohall.
