RESOLUTION
of the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
III
WHEREAS , Raymond Williams did, inyear Ym the 1961, bid for and
buy certain properties in Eagle County by Treasurer's Deed from the
Treasurer of Eagle County,
AND WHEREAS, Mr. Williams, in his bid, included the taxes on
said properties for the year 1961, and through inadvertence his bids
were accepted by the Board of Commissioners, but not including taxes
for the year 1961,
AND WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the County of Eagle
that the certificates relating to said taxes be redeemed by the County
of Eagle as agent for Raymond Williams.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer of
the County of Eagle is hereby authorized to act as agent for Raymond
• Williams to redeem the following tax sale certificates of purchase:
Cert. No. 8 Sale of the year 1961 *15.75
Cert. No. 9 Sale of the year 1961 13.05
Cert. No. 10 Sale of the year 1961 8.72
Cert. .:t o. 11 Sale of the year 1961 8.72
Cert. No. 12 Sale of the year 1961 22.62
Cert. No. 14 Sale of the year 1961 17.85
Total $86.71
and to make payment therefor out of the general fund of the said
County of Eagle.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting
held this 7th day of May, A. D. 1962.
