RES OLUT I ON
of the
411 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, There has been apportioned to Eagle County,
pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 1953, Chapter 100, Article
8, Sections 1 through 3, inclusive , royalties accruing under the
Federal Oil Leasing Act of February 25, 1920, as amended, in the
sum -of TWO THOUSAND NINETY-EIGHT AND 68/100 DOLLARS ( $2,098.68) ,
and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2 and 2A of Chapter 100,
Article 8, Colorado Revised Statutes 1953, the Board of County
Commissioners of any county receiving monies under said Federal
Oil Leasing Act , as amended, shall apportion such monies to
public schools and public roads ,
• IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED, That the County Treasurer of
Eagle County, Colorado be and hereby is ordered to place TWENTY-
FIVE PER CENT. (25%) of said monies to the Public School Fund and
SEVENTY-FIVE PER CENT. (75%) of said monies to the Public Road
Fund, as provided by the said Colorado Revised Statutes, 1953.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of
December, A. D. 1960.
