RESOLUTION
of the
• BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, a number of registered electors in Elec-
tion Precinct No. 9 of the County of Eagle, State of Colo-
rado, who are now residing in the Town of McCoy and adjacent
thereto and the Town of Bond and the territory adjacent
thereto, have on a number of occasions met and discussed with
the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County the matter
of the place of holding the election in said election pre-
cinct No. 9, and for the convenience of all or a majority of
all of such voters changing the place of holding the election
in said Precinct No. 9 from the Town of McCoy to the Town of
Bond; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have
made a survey of the conditions of said Election Precinct No.
• 9 and are of the opinion that said election precinct should
be changed from the Town of McCoy to the Town of Bond,
Registration and voting place of
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED That said/ Election Precinct
No. 9 be changed from the Town of McCoy to the Town of Bond
in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, and as is provided
by Chapters 36-1-7 and 36-1-14 and by Sections 49-6-25 and
49-8-1 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Colorado,
1953, and that such change be made as of the date of this
Resolution.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED this 256 day
of May, A. D. 1960.
