OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, Carl Forster , the then Chairman of the Board
of County Commissioners of Eagle County made application for
purchase of land for public purposes ; and
WHEREAS, H. A. Nottingham is the present Chairman of
the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County ; and
WHEREAS , The Bureau of Land Management extended the
time allowance and modified the decision of January 18, 1957
on or about February 6 , 1957 requiring the Board of County
Commissioners to file a certified copy of a new resolution ;
BE 1T THEREFORE RESOLVED By the Board of County Com-
missioners of Eagle County, Colorado in regular session that
0 they do purchase from the Bureau of Land Management under the
Law, Rules and Regulations of said Bureau of Land Management
the following described land, to-wit :
E3/SW14SW34SWY4NW14, SEI4SU4SWWW14, N1/4NEIANW34SW14, in
Section 32 , T. 2S. , R. 85W. , 6th P. M.
And that a certified copy of this resolution be sent to the
Bureau of Land Management and to the Land Office Manager,
Bureau of Land Management , P. O. Box 1018 , Denver 1 , Colorado.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED, AND APPROVED This 4th day of
March, A. D. 1957.
