RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMI SSI CI E RS
OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE ALI) STATE OF COL024ADO
411 WHEREAS, the County Treasurer of Eagle County,
Colorado, has in his possession certain United States
Savings Bonds, Series G, dated April 13, 1943; principal
becoming due and payable twelve (12) years from date thereof;
said Bonds being numbered V213939 G and V213940 G in the
principal amount of Five Thousand and no/100 Dollars (45,000.00)
each, or an aggregate principal sum of Ten Thousand and no/100
Dollars (410,000.00 ) , and
WHEREAS, the said Bonds become due and payable at maturity
date on April 13, 1955, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commision-
ers that these Bonds be redeemed and the principal shall be re-
invested, and

of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
BE IT THE'ZFOR RESOLVED, that the Treasurer of Eagle
County, Colorado, be, and he hereby is authorized to submit
the aforementioned Bonds for redemption through The First
National Bank of Eagle County, Eagle, Colorado, to the Federal
Reserve Bank, Denver Branch.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer of
Eagle County, Colorado, upon the receipt of the principal
amount of the aforementioned Bonds, being the sum of Ten
Thousand and no/100 Dollars (410,000.00) , shall re-invest
the said monies of Eagle County, Colorado, in an amount not to
exceed Ten Thousand and no/100 Dollars (410,000.00) , in United
• States Savings Bonds, Series K, in units of Five Thousand and
no/100 Dollars ( 5,000.00) each, all pursuant to Chapter 114
