HomeMy WebLinkAboutR1952-04 Transferring of Forest Reserve Fund to General School Fund RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, AND STATE OF COLORADO WHEREAS, there has been allocated to the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, from the White River National Forest, and the Arapahoe National Forest, the sum of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 54/100 Dollars; and WHEREAS, there should be transferred not less than 25% of the said socalled Forest Reserve Fund, to the General School Fund. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissi- oners of Eagle County, Colorado, that the sum of $4,027.88 be, and the same is hereby allocated and ordered deposited to the General School Fund, and that the remainder of the $16,111.54 of the Forest Funds, or the sum of $12,083.66 be deposited in the General Road Fund.
