OF EAGLE, AND STATE OF COI ADO.
WHEREAS, there has been allocated to the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
from the White River National Forest, and the Arapahoe National
Forest, the sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Thirty—seven and 43/100
• Dollars, and
WHEREAS, there should be transferred not less thatn 20% of the said socalled
Forest Reserve Fund, to the General School Fund,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
Colorado, that the sum of $2127.48 be, and the same is hereby allocat-
ed and ordered deposited to the General School Fund, and that the
remainder of the $10637.43 of the Forest Funds, or the sum of
$8509.95 be deposited in the General Road Fund.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED, this 7th day of May A. D. 1951.
