RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS411
OF EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, through the purchase of necessary County
equipment and unusual snow conditions, there has been a
drain on the arxemea Road Fund and
WHEREAS, there is a balance not at this time needed
in the Post-war Fund that could be transferred to the
State Special
Bannormal Road Fund;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, that Five Thousand Dollars
( 5,000.00) be transferred from the Post-war Fund to the
State Special
agnigunitxRoad Fund.
READ, CONSIDERED AND PASSED This 9th day of Febru-
ary, A. D. 1949.
