RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of Chapter 114,
Session Laws of Colorado, 1944, it is found the county_.?reasure :f .,x... . ,"
of Eagle County has in his possession United States Treasury .
Notes, Series C, dated dune 7, 1945, principal be oming: dus and .,
payable in three years from the date thereof,, or 'on June 9, A 1948,
said notes being numbered C263917 and C263918, for. Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) each or the principal sum of Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00) .
IT IS THEREFOR RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Eagle County
be, and to hereby is , authorized to send in the above Mentioned::
t1nited States Treasury Notes , Series C, through the First National .
Bank of Eagle County, Eagle, Colorado , to the Federal Reserve Bank,
41, Denver Branch for redemption.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Treasurer , of Eagle
County, Colorado, upon the receipt of the principal of the above
notes in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) , deposit
- tame in the bank or banks designated as depositories for the funds_
Of Eagle County, to-wit: The First National Bank Of Eagle County
end the First, National Bank of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
