RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, there has been allocated to the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, from the so-called Forest
Reserve Fund the sum of sight Thousand Two Hundred One
Dollars and Eighty-five Cents, ($8;201.85) , and;
WHEREAS, five percent of said fund should be
taken and transferred to the General School Fund, and;
WHEREAS, five percent of Eight Thousand Two
Hundred One Dollars and Eighty-five Cents ($8,201.85)
is the sum of Four Hundred Ten Dollars and Nine Cents
($410.09) .
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, that the sum of
Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety One Dollars and Sev-
enty Six Cents ($7,791.76) of the above Eight Thousand
Two Hundred One Dollars and Eighty-five Cents ($8,201.85)
be deposited in the so-called General Road Fund; and that
the sum of Four Hundred Ten Dollars and Nine Cents ($410.09)
be deposited in the General School Fund.
Passed this 3rd day of May, A. D. 1948.
