RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMfMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of Chapter
114, Session Laws of Colorado, 1944, it is found that the
County Treasurer of Eagle County has in his possession United
' States Treasury Notes, Series C, dated September 14, 1943,
principal becoming due and payable in three years from the
date thereof, or on September 14, 1946, said notes being
numbered C77802 to C77807, inclusive, for Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) each, or the principal sum of Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ( 25,000.00) .
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Eagle
County be, and he hereby is, authorized to send in the above-
411 mentioned United States Treasury Notes, Series C, through the
First National Bank of Eagle County, Eagle, Colorado, to the
Federal Reserve Bank, Denver Branch, for redemption.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Treasurer, of
Eagle County, Colorado, upon the receipt of the principal of
the above notes in the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
same
(425,000.00) , deposit n the bank or banks designated as deposit-
ories for the funds of Eagle County, to-wit: The First National
Bank of Eagle County, and the First National Bank at Glenwood
Springs, Colorado.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of
August A. D. 1946.
