County of Eagle ) . , IN THE MATTER OF THE LOSS AND ) CERTIFICATE OF PROOF AND DESTRUCTION OF TAX SALE CERTIFICATE ) FINDING OF THE BOARD OF NO. 7, SALE OF 1914 ) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF EAGLE COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO The above entitled matter coming on to be heard before the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, sitting at a regular meeting on this 4th day of October A. D. 1943, and the Board having taken evidence and heard said matter in the manner provided by Chapter 142, Section 247 C.S.A. 1935, and being now fully advised in the premises, doth find: 1. That Tax Sale Certificate No. 7, Sale of 1914, was issued to Mrs. G. S. Janowitz by the Treasurer of Eagle 411 County, Colorado, on December 21, 1914. 2. That said Tax Sale Certificate was never trans- ferred or assigned by said Mrs. G. S. Janowitz during her lifetime. 3. That upon the death of said Mrs. G. S. Janowitz, Sid E. Janowitz became the legal owner of said Certificate by virtue of being the sole and only heir of said holder of said Certificate. 4. That said Certificate was never assigned or trans- ferred by said Sid E. Janowitz, but that same became lost or destroyed prior to the 30th day of September A. D. 1943, when he executed his Assignment of all his right, title and interest of, in and to said Tax Sale Certificate to Olive Offerson. 5. That Olive Offerson is now the legal owner of said Certificate. IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED By the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, -1- that the above Proof and -`inding be made a part of its records • and that a certified copy thereof shall be accepted for all purposes in lieu of said lost or destroyed Certificate. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, has caused this Certificate to be executed by its Chairman and to be attested by the Clerk of said Board under the seal of said County, the day and year first above written. /;:rai‘e _ arms Attest: Clerk o the Board
