RESOLUTION OF THE HOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY
OF EAGLE AND STATE OF COLORADO

WHEREAS, the Treasurer of the County of Eagle and
State of Colorado has, with the knowledge and consent of the
Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County and State of
Colorado, purchased certain United States bonds as is provided
by law, and;
WHEREAS, it is advisable under the law that the
County of Eagle, under the direction of the Board of County
Commissioners of County of Eagle, have a safety deposit box
in a bank vault for the purpose of safely keeping such bonds
as are now owned by the County of Eagle and may be hereafter
purchased by the County of Eagle, and;
- III WHEREAS, it is though advisable th=.t in the opening
and closing of such safety deposit box certain tiafeguards
should be invoked in the premises.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED That the County Treasurer
by and he hereby is authorized to rent from The First National
Bank of Eagle Uounty, Eagle, Colorado, a proper safety deposit
box in their vault in said banking house, and be it further
resolved that when said bonds are deposited in said box or
when any of said bonds are removed for any purpose from said
box that there shall at such times always be present one member
of the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, the County
Treasurer of Eagle County and one of the officials of The First
• National Bank of Eagle County.
