RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF EAGLE
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, there has been allocated to the county
of ragle, State of Colorado from the so-called Forest Res-
erve Fund the sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-
nine Dollars and Ninety-eight Cents ($4769.98)
WHEREAS five (5) per cent of said fund should be
taken and transferred to the General School Fund, and;
WHEREAS, five (5) per cent of Four Thousand Seven
Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars and Ninety-eight Cents ($4769.98) .
is the sum of Two hundred Thirty-eight Dollars and Fifty Cents.
($238.50)
IT IS TREE'ORE RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado , that the sum of
Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-one Dollars and Forty-
eight Cents ($4531.48) of the above Four Thousand Seven
Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars and Ninety-eight Cents (4769.98)
be deposited in the so-called General Road Fund; and that
the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-eight Dollars and Fifty cents
(238.50) be deposited in the General School Fund.
